What information does Fableable collect from users? Fableable collects information you provide while using our services. How long is personal data stored? We retain the information you share with us only as long as necessary for purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, including providing and improving Fableable’s services, account management, and compliance with legal obligations.
Where is personal data stored? The personal information you provide is stored on Fableable’s servers in the Europe. We ensure your information is treated securely and not transferred to any entity or country lacking adequate security measures.
Does Fableable sell personal data? No. Fableable does not sell your personal information.
Who can submit a request to delete personal data? Anyone who uses or has used Fableable’s services can submit a data deletion request. There is no geographical restriction on who can make such a request.
What information does Fableable need to process a data deletion request? To process your data deletion request, we require information to locate your data, such as your username and the email address associated with your Fableable account. Our data deletion request form provides more details.
How long does it take to process a data deletion request? We aim to respond to your request within 45 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you, and you should expect a response within 90 days. Once we confirm possession of the data you wish to delete, we will remove it from our systems within 1-2 weeks.
